                                Role Overview: You will be joining NUUK, an award-winning design-first home appliance brand for New India, as a Brand Marketing Associate. NUUK is known for challenging the ordinary and creating high-performance appliances designed for today's India. Your role will be crucial in shaping the brand's messaging, content marketing strategies, and overall brand health and growth metrics.  Key Responsibilities: - Own and execute campaigns for new product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring each launch feels like a cultural moment. - Define and sharpen NUUK's messaging across categories, ensuring clarity and consistency in every consumer touchpoint. - Partner closely with the performance marketing team to drive funnel-based campaigns that convert. - Work hand-in-hand with product, consumer insights, creative, design, content, and performance teams to create thumb-stopping assets. - Track brand health, category share, and campaign impact using data and consumer insights.  Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience shaping brands, ideally in D2C, lifestyle, or consumer tech. - Sharp on insights, culture, and consumer behavior with a curiosity about how New India thinks, shops, and aspires. - Experienced at managing agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams. - Understands the intersection of content, culture, and commerce, with an eye for spotting trends early and shaping them into long-term brand impact.
