Role: Brand Marketing Associate (Full-Time, On-Site – Hyderabad)

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-driven individual to support creator content development, social media storytelling, and community engagement across platforms.

Brand Marketing Associate

This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to contribute to the brand narrative and grow with Daughter Earth over the next 5+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end creator content execution: identify, brief, and collaborate with creators to co-develop high-impact content
• Assist in developing and managing the social media content strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Cultivate a vibrant community by engaging with customers and followers across comments, DMs, and community channels
• Act as part of the brand’s voice across social and creator touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal teams (performance marketing, design, product) to ensure cohesive storytelling
• Track and optimize performance of content and engagement strategies
• Assist in executing outreach initiatives that strengthen brand equity and emotional connection

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content, creator partnerships, or community management
• Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends and creator ecosystems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for memes, hooks, formats, and internet culture
• Highly self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Collaborative team player with a bias for action and accountability
• Prior experience in community-facing roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
