Role Overview: As a Brand Marketing Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting creator content development, social media storytelling, and community engagement across various platforms. By collaborating with creators and internal teams, you will contribute to the growth and success of the brand over the next 5+ years. Key Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end creator content execution by identifying, briefing, and collaborating with creators to develop impactful content. - Assist in developing and managing the social media content strategy on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. - Engage with customers and followers across comments, direct messages, and community channels to cultivate a vibrant online community. - Represent the brand's voice across social media and creator touchpoints. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and messaging. - Track and optimize the performance of content and engagement strategies. - Assist in executing outreach initiatives to enhance brand equity and emotional connection. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in content, creator partnerships, or community management. - In-depth knowledge of Instagram and YouTube trends, as well as creator ecosystems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for memes, hooks, formats, and internet culture. - Self-driven, hands-on, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Team player with a proactive approach and a sense of accountability. - Previous experience in community-facing roles is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).,
