Description:

Globallogic is seeking a product-oriented professional with strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, collaborative, and capable of driving processes, managing teams, and supporting multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

Must be product-oriented with a strong understanding of user and process workflows
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, cross-functional team
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify trends, propose solutions, and drive process improvements
Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields (preferred for technical project managers)
Proven working experience in the information technology sector
Excellent client-facing and internal communication abilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Demonstrated experience as a team leader or supervisor
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and evaluation methods
Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills

Job Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects in close collaboration with product managers
Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each project
Work independently or collaboratively with the team as required
Foster an inspiring team environment that supports open communication
Set clear and achievable team goals aligned with project objectives
Delegate tasks effectively and establish project deadlines
Oversee daily team operations to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor team performance and report on key metrics
Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities
Plan, suggest, and organize team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion
