Job Description

UpMan Placements is inviting applications for an exciting career opportunity with one of our esteemed clients in the Infrastructure Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Review correspondence with customers, analyse issues from both technical and commercial perspectives.
Support management in decision-making by providing insights, risk assessments, and recommendations.
Maintain contract and commercial documentation in an orderly, audit-ready manner.
Liaise with partner organisations’ contracts teams for alignment, negotiation, performance and compliance.
Monitor contract performance, deliverables, obligations, and escalations.
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms, amendments, & scopes.
Identify commercial risks, suggest mitigation strategies.
Preferably bring experience from infrastructure sectors: roads, energy, airports, or allied sectors.

Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical), Law, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Prior experience (4-5 years) in contracts / commercial analysis in infra / EPC environment.
Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, technical specifications.
Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.
