Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Ensures contractual/ Legal compliance as per concession/ DBO
Monthly review of contractual risk and implementing mitigations plans.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in alignment with organizational policies
Maintain a centralized contract management database.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory
Track key contract milestones, obligations, and renewal dates.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and execution.
Monitor performance of contractors/vendors against contractual terms.
Maintain confidentiality and security of contract information.

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

Understanding of Indian Contractual law
Exposure in Legal and contractual activities in EPC company
Self-Motivating and Positive thinking

COMPETENCY-TECHNICAL:

Sound knowledge on contractual terms
Minimum 10 years experience in contractual of an EPC company
Knowledge on Commercial and Financial implication
