We at Coforge are seeking a Contracts Manager to lead vendor management for airport operations across ground handling, terminal services, security, facility management, and technology. Also, will be responsible for RFPs, negotiate MSAs/SLAs, govern vendor performance, ensure DGCA/BCAS/ICAO/IATA compliance, and partner with operations for service excellence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in airport operations and is adept at structuring contracts that balance service reliability, safety, regulatory compliance, and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract drafting and negotiation (commercial & legal terms)
Vendor governance, SLA management, and performance improvement
Airport operations (OTP, turnaround, safety, service delivery)
Risk management, compliance, audit readiness
Cost optimization and total cost of ownership analysis
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Analytical thinking; strong communication and documentation
