Job Description

Role Overview: As a Contract Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to support in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents and obligation registers. You will play a crucial role in preparing summaries, circulating key contractual clauses to relevant teams, and tracking compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental requirements. Your coordination skills will be key in liaising with various internal teams and vendors to ensure contractual deliverables are met. Additionally, you will prepare reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics for review by senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Support in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents and obligation registers. - Prepare summaries and circulate key contractual clauses to relevant teams. - Track compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental requirements. - Maintain accurate records of correspondence, approvals, and change orders. - Assist in preparing change notifications and maintaining change order logs. - Coordinate with internal teams for timely approvals and documentation. - Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Site, and Billing teams to ensure contractual deliverables are met. - Facilitate communication between vendors and internal departments. - Prepare periodic reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics for review by senior management. - Update dashboards and trackers for management visibility. Qualification Required: - Graduate in Engineering. Additional Details: The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in contract administration or project support roles, with exposure to large-scale RE/infrastructure projects preferred. You should have a good understanding of contract terms, risk management basics, and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and documentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and contract management tools like MSP and Primavera will be essential for success in this role. Good communication and coordination abilities are also key competencies required.
