About the Role

MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SLAs, and vendor agreements

Key Responsibilities

Contract Vetting & Drafting

• Review, draft, and redline client, vendor, and partner agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SLAs, subcontractor contracts).
• Identify risks and collaborate with internal legal counsel for resolution.
• Support pre-sales, delivery, and procurement teams with contract inputs.

Negotiation & Management

• Lead or support contract negotiations to align commercial and legal terms with company objectives.
• Maintain version control, renewals, and amendments through the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure all contracts are stored and tracked efficiently.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Monitor adherence to SLAs, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Flag and address non-compliance issues; support audits and internal reviews.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in collaboration with stakeholders.

Vendor Management

• Manage vendor onboarding, evaluations, and contractual terms.
• Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with obligations.
• Maintain an updated repository of vendor contracts and performance reports.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate contract records, milestones, and expiration timelines.
• Generate periodic reports on contract health, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Utilize CLM tools to streamline documentation and tracking.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Law, Business Administration

  , or related field (LLB preferred).

• 4–7 years

  of hands-on experience in

  contract management

  within IT services or technology domains.
• Proven experience managing global vendor and subcontractor contracts.

Skills

• Strong grasp of legal and commercial contract frameworks (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SLAs).
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Proficient in

  MS Office

  ; experience with

  Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

  tools is an advantage.
