Develop and implement contract strategies that align with project objectives and minimize risks.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
Manage contract performance, including monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Collaborate with project teams to identify potential disputes and develop strategies for mitigating risks.
Coordinate claims management processes, including preparing claims, responding to counterclaims, and negotiating settlements.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing contract schedules and resources effectively.
Provide expert advice on contract law and best practices for contract management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering
or related field required.
Proficient in FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) contracts and dispute resolution procedures.
Strong knowledge of arbitration processes and legal principles related to construction contracts.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMI.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
