We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Estimation Executive with minimum of 3 years of experience to support our project estimation and costing activities. This is an office-based role focused on preparing accurate project estimates, analysing tender documents such as Architectural drawings , specifications, data sheets and coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates and quotations based on project specifications, drawings, and BOQs. Analyse technical documents, drawings, and tender requirements. Maintain and update estimation templates, databases, and price records. Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and bid proposals. Review supplier quotations and compare pricing for accuracy. Support the senior estimator or project manager in daily estimation tasks. Ensure all estimates meet company quality and accuracy standards. Prepare reports and cost comparisons as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field 3 years of relevant experience in Project management, Engineering or estimation and costing. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and estimation software (if applicable). Basic understanding of reading Architectural drawings and BOQs. Strong attention to detail and numeric accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills Ability multiple tasks.to work under deadlines and manage. Work Environment: 100% office-based role.
