As a Contract Manager with over 14 years of experience, your role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts to meet stakeholder needs. You will be responsible for managing corporate and branch leases, licenses, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and best practices, and developing best practices for legal contract management. Your expertise will be crucial in providing strategic legal advice on legislation impacting agreements, leading discussions to finalize contracts effectively, and maintaining accurate contract records and reports while following procedures and meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts as per stakeholder needs. - Manage corporate and branch leases, licenses, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and best practices. - Develop best practices for legal contract management. - Provide strategic legal advice on legislation impacting agreements. - Lead discussions to finalize contracts effectively. - Maintain accurate contract records and reports. - Follow procedures and meet deadlines. Qualifications and Experience: - LL.B - 14-15 years PQE in commercial contract handling. - Strong procedural law knowledge. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Life insurance contract experience preferred.
