About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our legal team. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and manage contractual risks. The role includes handling leases, licenses, and related documentation, providing legal advice on new legislation, and coordinating with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts as per stakeholder needs.
• Manage corporate and branch leases, licenses, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and best practices.
• Develop best practices for legal contract management.
• Provide strategic legal advice on legislation impacting agreements.
• Lead discussions to finalize contracts effectively.
• Maintain accurate contract records and reports.
• Follow procedures and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• LL.B
• 14-15 years PQE in commercial contract handling.
• Strong procedural law knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Life insurance contract experience preferred.
