Chint is 4th largest Private sector organization in China.Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Bangalore Job Type Full-Time This role is responsible for managing all vendor payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. This role involves processing invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining payment records, and coordinating with internal departments and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense claims. Ensure all invoices are matched with purchase orders and delivery notes. Prepare and schedule timely payments via cheques, NEFT, RTGS, or online transfers. Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers and vendor statements. Handle vendor queries and resolve discrepancies related to payments and invoices. Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare accounts payable reports. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, and other applicable taxes.•Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and auditrequirements. Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Stores, etc.) for invoice approvals. Lead the strategy development and execution of bid/tender strategies for the solar projects. Oversee the preparation and delivery of Bid / tender documentation and other milestones as part of the bid strategy and competitive process rules. Identify risks in the bid strategy and develop solutions to overcome those. Identify permitting, Environmental and jurisdictional approval requirement as needed for Bidding and commercial & time effect of same for project execution. Proficient at contract negotiation & management and experienced with contract specifications, sub-con selection, and project implementation insurance and other approvals. Review and manage technical & commercial analysis for Sub-Contractors, schedules, budgets, scope, subcontractors, EHS plans and permit compliance. Coordinate with principal / owners / owners engineers and equipment vendors to ensure adherence to and compliance with contract terms and delivery of contractual deliverables in accordance with the project budget and schedule.
