Key Responsibilities

* Manage copyright registrations, assignments, and succession matters* Negotiate and draft contracts related to publishing, rights, and licensing* Pitch titles to domestic and international publishers for rights offerings* Maintain records and documentation of all contractual agreements* Liaise with authors, agents, and publishing partners on rights-related issues🎯

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Degree in Law or equivalent professional experience in contracts or legal management* Strong understanding of Indian copyright law and publishing industry standards* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines* Familiarity with contract management tools and workflow systems* Prior experience in publishing, media, or intellectual property law preferred🌟
