What We're Looking For

• Education: LL.B from a reputed law college.

• Experience: 1415 years of post-qualification experience in handling commercial contracts.

• Strong knowledge of procedural laws.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience in life insurance contracts will be a plus.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate different types of commercial contracts to meet business needs while managing risks.
• Handle agreements related to

  corporate and branch leases, licenses, and similar documents

  .
• Ensure all contracts comply with laws, company policies, and best practices.
• Advise the business on how new laws or regulations can impact commercial agreements.
• Act as a key link between the company, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth contract closure.
• Develop and promote best practices in contract management and legal processes.
• Keep accurate records and maintain contract-related data.
• Regularly update stakeholders with reports on contract activities.
