Contract Manager

You will be joining Venus Group of Companies, a leading real estate and infrastructure development company based in Ahmedabad, known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Join our team to work on landmark projects and grow with a forward-thinking organization committed to engineering excellence. - Lead project cost and commercial functions, including budgeting, rate analysis, forecasting, and cash flow planning. - Prepare project budgets, estimates, tenders, handle bid circulation, comparisons, negotiations, finalization, and issuance of work orders. - Manage pre-construction commercial activities including quantity surveying and contract documentation. - Handle commercial clearances and processing of final contractor/vendor bills. - Drive vendor/contractor identification and development, ensuring best value and performance. - Monitor and report commercial vs physical project progress. - Maintain comprehensive Techno-Commercial & Contracts MIS. - Implement value engineering solutions to enhance cost efficiency without compromising time or quality. - Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment on all techno-commercial aspects. - Coordinate with design and execution teams for effective integration of commercial strategies. - Prepare and update cash flow statements aligned with project timelines and budgets. - Experience: 10 to 15 Years - Educational Qualification: - Mandatory: B.E.
