Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi-I to join our team at Fortune Park Dahej. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Assist in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' requests and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi-I or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, including Continental cuisine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
