As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping TechBlocks’ brand presence by creating high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms. This role is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with top industry talent, and shape the future of digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Strategy
  • Develop and produce a wide range of content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing assets.
  • Maintain and refine TechBlocks’ brand voice across all content, ensuring consistency with our marketing strategy.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Contribute to content strategy development in alignment with business and marketing goals.
  • Events:
  • Manage event-related blogs, social calendars (pre/during/post), and follow-ups with stakeholders/Head of Marketing.
  • Case Studies:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders/SME on purpose, format, sources, and approvals.
  • Content for SEO & Vendor ops:
  • Content writing to support SEO initiatives and managing projects in collaboration with the SEO vendor.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Draft internal comms + coordination (emailers, culture posts, celebrations)
  • PR & Communications:
  • Draft press releases and thought leadership content in collaboration with stakeholders
  • SEO & Publishing:
  • On-page optimization, interlinking, Core Web Vitals monitoring
  • Cross-Functional Team Management:
  • Inter & intra departmental coordination
  • Coordinate between creative, content, and SEO pods for timelines and deliverables.
  • Bridge web, QA, and design teams for website updates and technical SEO.
  • Support sprint planning, workload balancing, and task prioritization.
  • Content Marketing & Analytics Tools:
  • HubSpot, SEMrush, GA and GSC
  • Collaboration & Workflow Tools:
  • JIRA, Figma, MIRO, Asana, Slack

Qualifications
Experience: 7-10 years in content writing, preferably in technology or digital transformation sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communications, or Journalism (or a related field with proven expertise in written communication).

Required Skills
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, software development, and technology consulting — with the ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear, compelling content.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, with proven ability to optimize content for search visibility and engagement.
  • Excellent research, communication, and adaptability skills to create accurate and audience-relevant content.
  • Creativity to craft engaging, original narratives aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player mindset, comfortable working across marketing, product, and technical teams.
  • Extensive professional experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry — this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Strong background in Marketing and Content Development, with a clear understanding of marketing funnels, demand generation, and brand storytelling.
