Role overview

Happiest Health is looking for someone who is passionate about content and the role it plays in wellbeing communication. Were a small team and wed love for the candidate to be hands- on, proactive and ready to take up new and different tasks. The candidate needs to have a basic understanding of writing for a digital audience. The role will require the individual to work with internal stakeholders such as Client Management, Program Management, Sales and Operations, as well as external clients and partners to deliver content in the form of mailers, newsletters, posters, social media content, among others.

Education: Graduate/post-graduate

Work experience: 2 years+

Following are the primary deliverables:

Delivering content requirements:

• Understanding the business and client
• Creating content within agreed upon SLA timelines
• Adhering strictly to the prescribed content guidelines
• Drawing information from the client management team to write credible pieces of content
• Ideation on activities, curating quizzes, newsletters and communications
• Being a part of internal meetings and suggesting executable ideas
• Communicating with the client (internal/ external) when required, for the entire tenure of the plan/project

Skills, knowledge & attitude:

• Ability to write specific, simple, to the point content
• Ability to visualise and present content from a design perspective too
• Ability to understand the product and client's needs and deliver accordingly
• Ability to write at short notice and follow content guidelines
• Should be open to feedback and quick to implement changes
• Looking for an enthusiastic, eager to learn and energetic writer; sense of humour is an added advantage
• Sharp presence of mind to handle internal and external customer needs
