As a Content Writer at Asituj, a trusted outsourcing partner for global enterprises with a focus on the Travel industry in the US market, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality, compelling, and informative content for Travelay, our largest client in the air travel industry. Your prior experience in writing for the U.S. travel market and understanding of aviation, travel technology, and customer experience domains will be instrumental in crafting content that resonates with industry professionals and end customers. Key Responsibilities: - Write and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, and other platforms. - Simplify complex product information into clear, easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences. - Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices to produce accurate and relevant content. - Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to develop content strategies and campaigns. - Optimize content for SEO to enhance organic search visibility and engagement. - Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content. - Check and proofread content to ensure it is error-free. Requirements: - Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the air travel and aviation domains. - Strong understanding of the U.S. market in terms of style, tone, and audience expectations. - Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Ability to simplify complex technical processes for a wide range of audiences. - Familiarity with content tools like WordPress, Grammarly, SEO basics, MS Office, or Google Workspace. - Knowledge of process documentation and automation solutions is a plus. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines independently.
