Position Intern / Fresher - Content Writer Location Office at Kanakapura Road (all 5 days a week) Employment Type Intern / Fresher Note You may get absorbed as Full Time Employee, based on performances     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CONTENT WRITING Content Creation ·      Research, write, & edit engaging high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media etc. ·      Develop content that aligns with LeanWisdom's brand voice and messaging strategy ·      Create compelling headlines, meta descriptions, and calls-to-action ·      Assist in developing content calendars and editorial schedules ·      Assist in drafting content for course pages, landing pages, and marketing campaigns Research & Analysis ·      Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience preferences ·      Gather information from reliable sources to support content accuracy and credibility ·      Stay updated with latest content marketing trends and best practices ·      Stay updated with EdTech industry trends and competitor content Collaboration & Support ·      Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas ·      Collaborate with designers and other team members on multimedia content projects ·      Participate in content planning meetings and strategy sessions Digital Marketing Support ·      Optimize content for SEO using keywords, meta descriptions, and formatting best practices ·      Support social media content creation and scheduling ·      Help maintain content management systems and databases ·      Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters   QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience ·      Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, business administration, communications, or related field ·      0-1 years of experience in digital marketing (internships, projects, or freelance work) ·      Demonstrated interest in digital marketing through coursework, certifications, projects Technical Skills ·      Highly proficient in English (grammar, spelling, vocabulary, sentence structuring) ·      Excellent in Content structuring (headings, bullet points, flow for readability) ·      Good knowledge in editing & proofreading basics (using tools like Grammarly, Hemingway) ·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace ·      Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc) ·      Aware of AI tools (ex., ChatGPT) ·      Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools ·      Basic knowledge on EdTech industry trends ·      Expert in Competitor Content Analysis ·      Experience with content management systems (WordPress preferred) Personal Attributes ·      Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail ·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·      Creative problem-solving abilities ·      Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ·      Self-motivated with strong organizational skills ·      Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and platforms   Preferred Qualifications ·      Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications ·      Facebook Blueprint or other social media platform certifications ·      Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) ·      Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) ·      Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles ·      Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate marketing ·      Basic HTML/CSS knowledge ·      Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)   What do we offer?
