Responsibilities

• Content creation:

  Develop strategic, compelling, and research-driven content for various platforms, including websites, promotional emails, blogs, social media, press releases, and brochures. Craft persuasive short and long form content for various lead generation and sales campaigns.

• Editing and Proofreading:

  Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, adherence to briefs, and plagiarism-free submissions.

• Ideation:

  Contribute to content strategy development by brainstorming and identifying content gaps.

• SEO Optimization:

  Ensure all content is SEO-optimized, including the integration of relevant keywords and the implementation of essential SEO tags (e.g., title tags, meta descriptions, alt tags, and anchor texts).

• US Language Neutralization:

  Apply US language neutralization to ensure content is adapted for a broad American audience.

• Audience Engagement:

  Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives tailored to diverse audiences.

• Social Media Content:

  Generate innovative content for social media and text advertisements to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Brand Voice:

  Ensure all content adheres to the company's style guide while consistently reflecting the brand's unique voice across platforms and formats.

• Industry Research:

  Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and stay updated on

  the latest trends and developments.

Requirements

• Qualification:

  A bachelor’s degree (Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory)

• Communication Skills:

  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Research Skills:

  Strong research and analytical thinking abilities.

• SEO Knowledge:

  Proficient understanding of SEO principles and their application in content marketing.

• Multitasking Ability:

  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Creativity and Attention to Detail:

  A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in English literature, communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
