Role Overview We are hiring a Telugu-speaking Counselling Psychologist or Sex Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves providing structured, protocol-aligned therapy to clients presenting with sexual dysfunctions, relational difficulties, pornography concerns, and broader psychological issues that influence sexual health. You will work closely with psychiatrists and medical doctors, follow standardised intake and escalation SOPs, and contribute to the development of culturally adapted therapy frameworks for South Indian male audiences. Minimum Qualifications BA or BSc in Psychology MA or MSc in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Applied Psychology Mandatory fluency in spoken and written Telugu Strong command of English for documentation Minimum 1 year of supervised clinical experience in counselling or psychotherapy Key Responsibilities Clinical Work Conduct structured, evidence-based therapy sessions for sexual concerns, relationship stress, anxiety, depression, and behavioural issues such as pornography overuse and compulsive habits. Support couples navigating communication breakdowns, intimacy concerns, and situational anxiety. Teach scientifically accurate, culturally sensitive psychoeducation tailored to Indian men and their partners. Contribute to research and development of sexual health scales, content, and clinical products. Operational Expectations Follow weekly case review meetings and internal quality audits.
