We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Strategist to lead the planning, creation, and distribution of engaging content across digital platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of social media, blogging, SEO, customer engagement, and modern content tools — including AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate across product, research, and community teams to ensure content is strategic, brand-aligned, and performance-driven.
• Develop and execute a multi-platform content strategy aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
• Maintain editorial calendars for blogs, social media, videos, and campaign content.
• Ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms and group companies.
• Structure content for clarity, strategic alignment, and audience engagement.
• Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.) for ideation, drafting, optimization, and productivity.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize blogs and digital content for SEO.
Blog & Content Creation
• Write and edit insightful blog posts, social media content, scripts, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-value, original content.
• Experiment with formats such as interactive posts, carousels, reels, and infographics to boost engagement.
• Plan and produce relevant, trending, and brand-aligned content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Engage with potential customers through comments, DMs, and interactive content.
• Create onboarding journeys and welcome flows for new community members.
• Lead regular community activities and content-driven interactions to build loyalty and engagement.
• Support go-to-market strategies with content for product launches, updates, and campaigns.
• Use insights from market trends, product research, and customer feedback to shape messaging.
• Partner with product, design, and community teams to deliver unified brand communication.
• Conduct ongoing competitive content analysis and industry research.
• Identify content gaps, audience opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Present data-backed insights to guide editorial and creative direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a bonus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
• Understanding of SEO, keyword research tools, and content performance tracking.
• Experience with AI-powered content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, SurferSEO, Canva Magic Write).
• Comfortable learning and integrating new-age tools to enhance productivity and content performance.
• Familiarity with social media engagement tactics and community management.
• Basic graphic and video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or equivalents).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage content timelines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience in video scripting, short-form content creation, and editing.
• Experience working with community-led brands or social-first marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress.
