Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Executive to manage and execute the platform’s content strategy. The role involves curating and publishing agriculture-focused news, market updates, and informative articles, ensuring content is engaging, SEO-optimized, and regionally relevant. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, experience with digital content tools, and the ability to create impactful content that informs and engages the agri-community. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar aligned with platform objectives, seasonal activities, and 
• user interests. 
• Curate and publish relevant agriculture news, government schemes, mandi updates, weather forecasts, 
• market trends, and best practices. 
• Write, edit, or source high-quality blogs, articles, and success stories tailored to farmers, traders, and agri
• professionals. 
• Ensure content is SEO-optimized, easy to read, mobile-friendly, and localized where needed. 
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, agri-influencers, or field teams for authentic content contributions. 
• Use AI tools (e.g., content generators, language models) for drafting and scaling content production 
• efficiently. 
• Analyse content performance metrics (engagement, read time, shares, etc.) and adjust strategy accordingly. 
• Build and maintain a structured knowledge base for users, focusing on practical, regional, and seasonal 
• relevance. 
• Monitor user feedback to improve the content experience and increase platform stickiness.  

Required Qualifications:

• Education: – Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Agriculture, or related fields 
• 3+ years of experience  
• Strong command of content writing, editing, and proofreading 
• Experience in curating digital content from multiple sources 
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and content management tools (WordPress, CMS platforms, etc.) 
• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation or editing (ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.) 
• Ability to tailor content for rural, non-English-speaking, or mobile-first audiences 
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills 
• Preferred experience: agri-media, digital journalism, or content roles in rural engagement platforms
