Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

data-driven Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) according to defined goals.
  • Segment and target audiences (custom, lookalike, demographic, interest-based) to maximise relevance. 


  • Creative Coordination & A/B Testing

  • Coordinate with design/content teams to develop persuasive ad creatives and optimised landing pages. Conduct A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, visuals, and landing page flows, iterating based on performance insights.
  • Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up UTM tags, Meta Pixel, GTM, conversion events, and Google Analytics to ensure robust tracking.
  • Monitor CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and other KPIs. Generate weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.


  • Budget Management & Optimisation

  • Allocate and manage budgets across channels, pacing spends and adjusting bids for efficient ROI.
  • Optimise campaigns continuously, shifting budgets to high-performing segments.
  • Continuous Learning & Trend Integration

  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging ad formats, and best practices.
  • Bonus: Apply knowledge of real estate campaigns if available.


  • Website SEO

  • Optimise SEO across the website and ensure hygiene is maintained with the help of the content team
  • Stay on top of new trends in SEO and ensure they are also operationalised on brand websites
  • Take care of off-page SEO for the website


Skills & Qualifications

  • Platform Expertise

    :
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills

    :
  • Proficient with UTMs, GTM, Google Analytics, Excel or Looker Studio/Data Studio.
  • Data-Driven Marketing

    :
  • Comfort with metrics like CPC, ROAS, CTR, CPA; ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Testing & Optimization Mindset

    :
  • Skilled at A/B testing various elements (creatives, copy, CTAs), and optimizing accordingly.
  • Collaboration & Communication

    :
  • Strong coordination with creative teams; clear and concise reporting to stakeholders.
  • Organizational Ability

    :
  • Sharp attention to detail, adept at managing multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines.
  • Bonus

    :
  • Experience running performance campaigns for real estate verticals.

Nice-to-Have

  • Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or GA certifications.
  • Experience in CRM, remarketing, or funnel automation.
  • Familiarity with Data Studio, Looker, or advanced Excel for enhanced reporting.

Experience & Education

  • Experience
