Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with

    RBI and NBFC advertising norms

    .
  • Collaborate with

    affiliate networks and digital agencies

    for lead generation.
  • Manage budgets, optimize

    CPL and ROI

    , and track lead-to-conversion performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and ensure campaigns meet business goals.
  • Define and refine

    target audience strategies

    to boost engagement and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Marketing, Business Administration

    , or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience

    in digital marketing (Fintech/NBFC/Banking preferred).
  • Hands-on with

    Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and affiliate marketing

  • Strong knowledge of

    RBI guidelines

    , campaign analysis, and budget management.
  • Proficient in

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools

  • Excellent
