Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Project Manager, based in Gurugram. The Content Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing content-related projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, creating and maintaining content strategies, and ensuring effective communication. The role also involves collaborating with content creators to streamline development processes and optimize content delivery aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly
• Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects on schedule
• Experience in Content Management and Content Development to organize, produce, and refine a variety of content
• Expertise in Content Strategy for planning and implementing effective content initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to steer projects and teams efficiently
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for project and content management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or related discipline
• Experience in microlearning, eLearning, or gamified learning is a plus
