Job Description

As a Content Production Manager at Hogarth, you will work closely with the client's Image Producer and agency Content Studio to execute and create all required localized screens featured within the client's website or other marketing materials. Your role involves reviewing content for cultural viability in specific regions/countries and supporting the language creative team with "buckets of content" and versions of photography. You will collaborate with Cross-Functional teams, Creative Director, and Business Affairs to select content for new projects, including apps, music, movies, TV shows, and podcasts. Additionally, you will coordinate with the agency Content Studio in Geo to execute all necessary screen versions for projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take direction from the client Image Producer on localization strategy for each project and align with client Functional Producers on deadlines - Plan resourcing and prioritize tasks in collaboration with the client Image Producer and agency studio - Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery based on client brief - Gather screen grabs and assets, and create briefs for asset creation from Geo Content Studio - Develop deep proficiency in iOS & OS Software and gain extensive knowledge of the client's products - Request photo retouching for lifestyle photos - Manage image requests from various functional teams - Communicate with Worldwide Image Producers for project information and asset transfers - Work with Business Affairs to utilize 3rd party assets for the market - Transfer launch assets to long-term Digital Asset system - Train new members of the CPM team - Identify content requiring localization and convert it into a brief for the Content Studio - Track content localization throughout the production process to ensure timely delivery - Manage final assets on servers and communicate edits and final asset delivery - Collaborate with the lead Image Producer to plan job distribution on a monthly and quarterly basis **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 3 years" experience in graphic production/photo producing or project management - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite's Photoshop and iOS & OS software - Knowledge of image production specific needs for various platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and creative environment - Excellent written and verbal English skills - Understanding of the Indiamarkets Please note that Hogarth values hands-on, honesty, heart & soul, happy family, hungry, inclusion, and impact.
