Position Overview:

The Manager - Content Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content that enhances the company’s brand presence, supports business objectives, and drives customer engagement. This role involves developing content for a wide range of platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, internal communications, and marketing materials. The Content Writer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content is aligned with the company’s values, tone, and strategic goals.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing goals, focusing on driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. Collaborate with the marketing team to create a content calendar for all platforms.
  • Content Creation & Writing:

    Write, edit, and proofread content for various formats, including website copy, blogs, articles, social media posts, email newsletters, product descriptions, press releases, case studies, and internal communications.
  • SEO & Keyword Optimization:

    Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines (SEO), using the right keywords, tags, and metadata to increase organic traffic. Monitor trends and competitor content to ensure relevance and innovation.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging:

    Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all content. Tailor messaging for different audiences, including clients, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

    Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to gather information, align messaging, and produce content that meets the needs of various departments. Partner with designers and other creatives to deliver visually appealing content.
  • Content Performance Analysis:

    Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different channels. Use insights and data to refine and improve content strategies and create more impactful material.
  • Content Repository & Management:

    Maintain a well-organized content repository and ensure timely updates to content. Manage the documentation of content guidelines, templates, and content review processes.
  • Thought Leadership & Industry Knowledge:

    Stay informed on the latest trends, industry news, and best practices related to food services, facility management, and content marketing. Contribute ideas that position the company as a thought leader in the industry.



Key Requirements:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or additional certifications in Content Writing or Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of professional writing experience, with a focus on content creation, copywriting, or content strategy. Experience in the food and facility management industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content for different audiences and platforms (websites, social media, blogs, etc.).
  • Skills:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them in content creation.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and performance tracking tools.
