We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Relation Executive to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and personalized experience for all visitors. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, exceed guest expectations, and create unforgettable memories.

Key Responsibilities:

•Good communication skills including pleasing personality and must good attitude.

•Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the cafeteria.

•Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns.

•Develop and maintain relationships with employees, visitors, and clients.

•Coordinate catering services, room bookings, and event support.

•Manage feedback, complaints, and suggestions with professionalism and courtesy.

•Collaborate with the culinary team to improve menu offerings and services.

•Stay up to date on company news, promotions, and events to share with patrons.

•Maintain accurate records and reports on customer feedback and sales.

•Should have good knowledge about food and beverage offerings.

•Assist with cafeteria operations, including food presentation and quality control.

•Support the implementation of new initiatives and services.

•Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

•Foster a culture of excellence in customer service and quality.

Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

•Fluency in multiple languages (desirable)

•High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
