We are seeking a dynamic and organized Conference Producer to join our team. The Conference Producer will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of high-quality conferences and events. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent research, project management, and communication skills to deliver exceptional experiences for attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders.

• Speaker & Delegate Acquisition: Source, recruit, and manage high-profile speakers, industry experts, and thought leaders to deliver engaging presentations and panel discussions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with sponsors, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment on event goals, branding, and deliverables.
• Event Planning: Oversee all aspects of event production, including venue selection, budgeting, logistics, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Content Development: Research industry trends, identify relevant topics, and develop compelling conference agendas that align with audience needs and event objectives.
• Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, including content for event websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Attendee Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for attendees through effective program design, networking opportunities, and on-site management.
• Post-Event Analysis: Collect feedback, analyse event success metrics, and produce reports to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in conference or event production, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify industry trends and relevant topics.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for engaging with speakers, sponsors, and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel for events as needed.

• Experience in producing conferences
• Knowledge of digital event platforms for virtual or hybrid events.
