Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Conference Producer to join our team. The Conference Producer will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of high-quality conferences and events. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent research, project management, and communication skills to deliver exceptional experiences for attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Speaker & Delegate Acquisition: Source, recruit, and manage high-profile speakers, industry experts, and thought leaders to deliver engaging presentations and panel discussions. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with sponsors, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment on event goals, branding, and deliverables. Event Planning: Oversee all aspects of event production, including venue selection, budgeting, logistics, and coordination with vendors and suppliers. Content Development: Research industry trends, identify relevant topics, and develop compelling conference agendas that align with audience needs and event objectives. Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, including content for event websites, social media, and email campaigns. Attendee Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for attendees through effective program design, networking opportunities, and on-site management. Post-Event Analysis: Collect feedback, analyse event success metrics, and produce reports to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in conference or event production, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment. Strong research skills with the ability to identify industry trends and relevant topics. Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple events simultaneously. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for engaging with speakers, sponsors, and vendors. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to travel for events as needed. Preferred Skills Experience in producing conferences Knowledge of digital event platforms for virtual or hybrid events.
