Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, topics, and potential speakers.
• Develop and design conference agendas that attract senior-level professionals and align with event objectives.
• Secure high-profile speakers, moderators, and panelists through outreach and relationship management.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences.
• Write compelling content for conference brochures, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage speaker communications, briefing, and logistics before and during the event.
• Monitor and evaluate conference performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in conference production, content development, or events (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderpora, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
