Concierge Manager

We are looking for a skilled Concierge Manager to join our team at the Marriott hotel. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in customer service and management.

• Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and implement effective concierge services strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train concierge staff members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to concierge services.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

• Proven experience in concierge management or a related field within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
