Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Concierge Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage concierge operations to ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train concierge staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective concierge procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in concierge management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
