Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Concierge Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a strong background in customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective concierge services strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train concierge staff members to maintain high levels of customer service quality.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in concierge management or a related field within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
