Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Concierge Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high service quality standards.
Develop and implement concierge services strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train concierge staff on exceptional customer service techniques.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in concierge management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
