Role: Risk Management & Compliance

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage Risk Management System (RMS) and Exchange Compliance for our broking operations. The role focuses on real-time risk monitoring, adherence to exchange and SEBI norms, and strengthening internal control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time trading limits, margins, and exposures across segments.

• Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange, and internal risk policies.

• Review daily MTM risks and position limits.

• Coordinate with exchanges, auditors, and internal stakeholders for reporting and audits.

• Support automation and enhancement of RMS processes.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in Risk Management / Compliance from a Broking House (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of capital market operations and RMS tools.

• Sound knowledge of trading regulations and exchange risk frameworks.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.

Skills and Qualification required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 8–12 years of experience across digital marketing, social media, brand building, and public relations, preferably in a B2B or financial/tech domain.

• Proven success in managing integrated campaigns with measurable impact on growth, engagement, and brand

visibility.

• Deep expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms.

• Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and web analytics.

• Experience in media outreach, reputation management, and executive communications is a strong plus.

• Creative, proactive, and resourceful approach with excellent project management and stakeholder communication

skills.
