About the role: In this role, you will become an equity expert and use that knowledge to implement our customers onto the EquityList platform, setting them up for long-term success. You will work to: Establish strong customer relationships and inspire long-term retention by providing a high-quality and timely onboarding process as the first service provider post-sale. Migrate and maintain the quality of clients' data from onboarding to platform use. Train clients on how to use EquityList software: You feel comfortable working with data, business systems, and developing training content for our customers. Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and platform by closely working with product and engineering teams to improve the experience for our customers. Be the support pillar for customers by addressing their queries and improving our Help Center to improve their user experience Build expertise at the intersection of equity management, finance, and software industry to act as customers’ voice within EquityList.
