Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Specialist located in Pune. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the company's operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, drafting and implementing company policies, and providing guidance on regulatory compliance issues. The specialist will also be responsible for communicating compliance requirements to all employees and maintaining documentation of compliance activities.

• Relevant certifications in compliance or legal fields
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
