Job Description

Manage end-to-end statutory compliance under applicable labor laws.
Possess knowledge of Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF) and ensure timely filings.
Provide regular updates on statutory amendments and implement changes.
Prepare and process statutory challans; manage employee addition/deletion in compliance records.
Administer employee medical insurance, including enrollment, claims, and renewals.
Handle labor office notices and coordinate with authorities for resolution.
Maintain statutory records, including Form No. 11 declarations.
Oversee time office activities, attendance management, and HRMS operations.
Support industrial relations and ensure compliance with factory legislation.
Assist payroll process by providing compliance inputs.
Coordinate with manpower contractors for compliance adherence.
Handle internal and client compliance audits with proper documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Masters in Labour Studies, Bachelors degree in HR
24 years of experience in HR compliance, statutory compliance, or HR operations.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, factory legislation, and statutory compliances.
Experience in payroll support and HRMS systems.
