Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with US Collections & Compliance Standards, Data Security, Government Acts such as FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, SCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and Knowledge of federal laws and regulations would be an added advantage.
• Update himself/herself with US Debt collection standards/practices and can conduct training for new hires and existing staff as and when needed.
• Review and audit the Collections Law Firm’s Policies and Procedures to make sure they are in line with the industry standards.
• Conduct monthly audits, notate findings, and update the supervisor on loopholes observed.
• Review and update policies, certificates, and licenses as per the renewal schedule in the audit tool
• Collate relevant artifacts and data from the law firms by doing consistent follow-up with SPOCs until the audit is complete.
• Suggest remediation for the valid findings and be able to express views.
• Consult on the development and improvement of the audit tool and related process flows.
• Flexible working in different shift timings, working for extended hours, and holidays (if required)
• Draft, modify, and implement company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results as per TAT.

Skills

• Good English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to communicate with clients and vendors.

Education

• Minimum a Graduate (in any field).

Experience

• Preferably, 1-2 years of experience would be an advantage.
• A fresher with good communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
