Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Follow up with leads and prospects via phone and email. Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader or manager. Adhere to company policies and scripts during calls. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
