Job Description:
Secureregent Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Executive with strong exposure to Company Registration and ROC compliances. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end corporate compliance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incorporation of companies (Private Limited, OPC, Section 8, LLP coordination if required)
- End-to-end handling of ROC filings and MCA compliances
- Preparation and filing of forms including SPICe+, INC, DIR, AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
