Role Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and maintenance of company records. Support the drafting of meeting minutes and resolutions. Participate in corporate governance activities and compliance checks. Conduct legal research as required for various projects. Help manage the company’s legal documents and contracts. Assist in the organization of meetings, ensuring effective communication and logistics. Participate in the review and analysis of regulatory requirements. Support the company secretary in delivering timely reporting and documentation. Assist in preparing board materials and agendas. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information. Help develop effective policies and procedures for corporate governance. Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with legal standards. Engage in ongoing professional development in corporate law and governance. Work with external legal counsel as needed for various legal matters. Handle any other administrative tasks related to company secretarial functions. Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of corporate governance principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Prior internship or experience in a corporate environment is a plus. Adept at legal research and interpretation of documentation. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders. Willingness to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Basic knowledge of corporate law and regulations. Participation in extracurricular activities related to law or business is an advantage.
