Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in community management, event operations, or grassroots sports development.
• Minimum 2 years of proven team leadership experience — you’ve built and managed distributed teams before.
• Strong passion for sports and bringing people together — you're the kind of person who lights up a room or a turf.
• Excellent communication and people skills — able to lead from the front and influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Experience in managing sports venues, amateur leagues, or recreational events is mandatory.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
