Job Description

As a Helpdesk Executive at the clients" site for JLL in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for maintaining strong public relations, addressing the needs of guests/tenants, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Cooperating, coordinating, and communicating with other departments to enhance customer experience - Taking feedback after every service request/complaint and sharing feedback points for service improvement - Maintaining a hospitality outlook and professional appearance - Taking ownership of requests/complaints and ensuring timely resolution - Conducting daily rounds of the premises and reporting any observations to the relevant team - Conducting Customer Feedback Surveys and sharing reports with management - Responding to emergency situations following JLL policies and contacting authorities when necessary - Familiarity with lost and found procedures - Attending training programs at site/JLL office - Addressing concerns through daily email monitoring - Receiving client calls and emails, ensuring closure of complaints through effective communication - Assisting in filing, inventory maintenance, and record-keeping - Updating handover/takeover register for completed/pending tasks - Managing events, overseeing maintenance, and handling guests Qualifications required for this role include: - Relevant educational background in hospitality with 1-2 years of work experience or 2-3 years in client/customer service roles - Good communication skills in English and Hindi - Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays - Basic understanding of computer operations, mobile applications, and MS Office tools You will report directly to the Customer Relation Manager/Property Manager on-site.
