As a Sports Venue Executive, your primary responsibility is to manage the operations of the sports facilities you are assigned to. This includes being accountable for the infrastructure of the sports facility, reporting to the manager in a timely manner, and collaborating with partners for maintenance and upkeep. Your role also involves ensuring top-class hygiene standards, proper functioning of all utilities, and creating a positive environment for customers at the sports facility. It is essential to develop expertise in operational tools such as Hudle App, Sling, and Slack, and establish and maintain relationships with sports facility owners and staff. Furthermore, you must oversee the installation of branding to enhance the facility's ambiance, ensure equipment availability for customers, implement policies in coordination with managers, and represent Hudle with ownership, integrity, and professionalism. Sharing insights on pricing, customer experience, and operations with the central team, as well as collecting and reporting collections accurately and promptly, are also part of your responsibilities.
